Thomas March's daughter, Sophia, married faae( ?..I can't make out the name here) Saltby...my mother's father.
There book in the great care that ... (?) Thomas March's reading in my grandfather's bedroom are one of my earliest remembrances of him.

To make sure this was accurate I went on Wikipedia, and sure enough this was true, and I found Samuel Huntington's picture:

That is so incredible!!! I love old books. Seeing this makes me want to try to find another true antique. :)
Amazing! And what a wonderful find! The book is just lovely -- and what an inscription!
I, too, have wanted to read this book ever since I learned of its importance to William Wilberforce. Isn't it interesting how the opinions of the people we respect influence us?
Yours in Christ,
